The most common reason for short rod, liner or piston Life is misalignment of Pump Rods. Whether due to a damaged rod or worn/cracked crossheads, mis-alignment of as little as 0.01mm (4 Thous.) can be accurately measured in twin axis and recorded for 3 rods simultaneously in about 3 minutes without dismantling anything. Now there's no excuse for not correcting problems before any damage occurs!
System consists of:-
- Two high-output sensors factory-fitted into each rod join link
- Screened signal cable connection to signal conditioner/amplifier
- Battery-powered portable Signal Conditioner/amplifier unit
- Notebook computer pre-calibrated with special plotting software
